PLAIN PILLAF

Ingredients:

1 kg Basmati Rice

2 lts Water to Boil

3 hos Bay Leaves

5 grms Cardamom

5 grms Cinnamon

5 grms Cloves

Method:

Steam the rice with 2 liters of water and add spices & bay leaves. While cooking do not cover the lid.
