CHILLI RICE CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

250 grms Basmati Rice ( Presoaked rice)

2 tbsp of cream (sour)

4 Cheese Slices

Cheese Grated (preferably Parmesan)

3 Green Chillies (cuts)

Salt to taste

Method:

Step 1 : Add rice to 2 ½ cup boiled water in a bowl add cream & salt as per taste.

Step 2 : Pre Heat the oven for 350oC & pre grease the baking Dish

Step 3 : Add the rice mixture to the baking dish little by little and take a spatula and even it on all sides

Step 4 : Add cheese slices on it & chilli cuts & add rice mixture on top of it.

Step 5 : Then Sprinkle grated cheese on the mixture and garnish it with sliced Chillies

Step 6 : Bake it for 10 – 12 mins . Your Chilli Rice Casserole is ready
