Crisp Prawns


Ingredients :

½ kg Prawns (big in Size deveined)

2 Eggs

1 Tbsp lime Juice

1 full tsp of Ginger Garlic paste

1 ½ tsp red chilly (crushed)

2 tbsp all-purpose flour (Maida)

1 cup Coriander leaves (chopped)

½ cup mint leaves ( chopped)

1 tsp honey

1 cup cornflakes (crushed)

Salt to taste

Method :

Step 1 : Mix ginger garlic paste with lime juice and apply on the sliced prawns and keep it aside for an hour.

Step 2 : In a deep bowl, add eggs, all purpose flour, red chilli, honey and salt and mix it well until it becomes a thin paste.

Step 3 : Take another bowl with crushed cornflakes in it. Dip prawns in the thin paste and dip it in cornflakes bowl.

Step 4 : Once prawns are soaked, deep fry or shallow fry it.

Step 5 : Garnish it with Mint Leaves
