Vegetable Pulao



Ingredients:

½ kg Basmati Rice (pre soaked rice at least for ½ hour)

1 ltr boiled water

Vegetables (greens peas, carrots, French beans, capsicum)- finely chopped

3 big Onions

6 cloves

2 cinnamon

2 tbsp Oil

1 Vegetable Maggie Cube

Salt to taste


Method:

Step 1 : Take a Bean pot (handi), pour 2 tbsp oil and fry cloves, cinnamon and Onions.

Step 2 : Add chopped vegetables and also the Maggie cube. Keep stirring it till the vegetables are cooked well

Step 3 : Add rice and fry it well till rice grains are separated. Once done add water and salt to taste

Step 4 : Partially cover the pot and once rice is cooked , Serve
