SPINACH BUTTER

Ingredients :

2 bunches of Spinach

50 grms Butter

3 cloves Garlic (chopped)

1 tsp whipped cream

Salt & Pepper for taste

Method:

Step 1 : Blanch the Spinach. Boil the water adding a pinch of salt.

Step 2 : Wash Spinach with water thoroughly and cover it with the lid for 5 mins

Step 3 : Drain the water and chop it finely.

Step 4 : Take a deep frying pan, melt the butter and add salt and pepper

Step 5 : Add garlic and Spinach & cook for 4-5 mins.

Step 6 : Add 1 tsp of Cream on top as garnish
