Sizzling Noodles With Vegetables

Ingredients:

200 grms Flat Noodles

3 tsp Oil

2 cups Vegetables ( Cabbage, French Beans, Carrots & Spring Onions – Chopped)

2 ½ tsp Chilly Sauce

2 ½ tsp Soya Sauce

1 tsp Pepper powder

10 – 15 ml Vinegar

1 cup Stock (Vegetable)

1 cup Corn Starch

Mono Sodium Glutamate (MSG = Ajinomoto)

Salt for taste

Method:

Step 1 : Boil flat noodles. Drain & refresh it

Step 2 : Take a deep frying pan, fry all the vegetables with a 3 tsp oil.

Step 3 : Add boiled noodles & salt for taste

Step 4 : Sprinkle pepper powder, chilly sauce, soya sauce & MSG

Step 5 : Later to make the noodles moist add a little water/cornstarch or stock

Step 6 : Garnish with Vinegar

Step 7 : Meanwhile heat the sizzler plate. Pour the content on it & serve hot.
